ALEX was founded in 1988 in Britain by Professor Jack Wu from theUniversity ofManchester and Dr. J. Willin who has many years experience in development and research of cutting tools, which is engaged in developing and manufacturing solid carbide cutting tools, diamond cutting tools and cutting tools with indexable inserts.
